If I could describe how it feels when I get a panic attack, this would be it. Completely helpless, with a spotlight on me and everything that could go wrong going through my mind. It's terrifying. But I keep strong. I refuse to let it dictate what I can and cannot do. To everyone who goes through the same thing, don't let it conrtol your life. Don't worry about when the next one will happen. That worsens everything. Cling to your hope and when it's over, pick up your head, let yourself heal and remember that in a day's time it will all be history. Life continues and so will you. <3
